All reservations have a time minimum and an hourly cost associated. There is a two hour and 30 minute (2.5) minimum for ALL moves.
If your service is completed before the time minimum is reached, then you will only be charged the time minimum cost. Should your service extend beyond the minimum, you will pay for the amount of time your service requires.

To ensure a GUARANTEED reservation, you must book here online. The non-refundable deposit is 25% of the estimated duration for your move. The deposit is credited back on your final bill on move day.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
This is a rate quote and not a binding estimate. Your final charges will be based on your quoted hourly rate and the amount of time you actually use. There is a 3 HOUR MINIMUM for ALL bookings on the weekend & also any locations 25+ miles from DOWNTOWN.
A Few Tips When Self Estimating:
Please select 3+ professionals on any moves with 3+ flights of stairs.
WE REQUIRE 3+ professionals to lift any items weighing 260+ pounds.
Please select 3+ professionals on any homes 2,500+ sq ft.
As a rule of thumb, when self estimating, our trucks (26ft long) holds approximately 1,500 sq ft of an “average furnished home or apartment”.
Moving Industry averages: on average, it takes 2-3 hours to load a FULL truck. Unloading usually goes quicker, but typically 1 full truck load will take 4-6 hrs to LOAD & UNLOAD (depending on the # of movers).
Many factors determining actual time include:
Preparedness of customer (packing & being organized)
Disassembly & reassembly of furniture
Distance from residence to where we park the truck
Stairs, steep driveways, and elevators (for service elevators, please overestimate if there is a long walk from your condo / apartment to the service elevator.) Long walks will add to increased job time!
The actual amount of furniture and possessions the customer has.
We guarantee that our movers will work hard to get your move done quickly and efficiently. As long as the movers are working hard, the customer is getting a fair deal.
We pad, & shrink wrap all major furniture items, this is COMPLIMENTARY!
Pianos, Gun Safes, & any item over 300 pounds = $100 fee (Due to our insurance, we do not lift anything over 400 lbs and we do not move grand pianos.)
We DO NOT lift items weighing over 300 pounds up/down full flights of stairs. We have a 5 step maximum.
Payment is due upon completion of services.
We do not move anything flammable, guns, ammunition, pool tables, hot tubs, paint, or live plants.
You will receive a confirmation email from our office confirming the details of your move. You will also receive a confirmation text the day before your move.
If it is within 72 hours of your move day – please call our office to book. If you do not see your moving date available, please call our office and we will do our best to accommodate you.
